Beef is a rich source of animal proteins, iron, iodine and many other substances necessary for the body. Beef can be used to make not only soups, sauces and main courses, but also delicious and hearty salads.
Boiled beef salad with radish
Required Ingredients:
- 500 grams of radish;
- 300 grams of lean beef;
- 2 onions;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- parsley or dill;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
Boil the beef until tender, cool and cut into strips. Peel the radish and grate or cut into thin strips. Cut the peeled onions into rings and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Finely chop fresh herbs.
Hard boil the eggs and peel them. Combine meat, radish and onion (along with oil from frying) and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and stir. Put the salad in a slide and pour sour cream on top. Decorate with halves of boiled eggs and sprigs of parsley and dill.
Smoked beef salad with potatoes, tomatoes and bell peppers
Required Ingredients:
- 400 grams of potatoes;
- 400 grams of fresh tomatoes;
- 1 head of onion;
- 2 red bell peppers;
- 200 grams of smoked beef brisket;
- 250 grams of mayonnaise;
- fresh herbs;
- ground black pepper, salt - to taste.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into slices (do not cut too thin, otherwise the potatoes will fall apart). Cut fresh tomatoes into slices as well. Cut the bell peppers and onions into rings, and the smoked brisket into small thin slices (the thinner the meat is cut, the richer the taste of the salad will be).
Combine all ingredients, add mayonnaise, season and stir. Let the salad brew a little, put in a salad bowl, garnish with herbs and serve.
Boiled beef tongue salad with rice and cheese
Required Ingredients:
- 300 grams of rice;
- 200 grams of cheese;
- 1 fresh cucumber;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 300 grams of boiled beef tongue;
- 2-3 small onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- dill greens;
- salt;
- 200 grams of mayonnaise.
Cut the cheese into cubes. Peel the fresh cucumber and also cut into cubes. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop finely. Cut the tongue into small cubes. Add boiled rice.
Peel the onions, cut into half rings, fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Rinse the dill greens thoroughly and chop finely. Add crushed garlic, salt, season with mayonnaise and stir. Decorate the salad with cucumber slices and serve.
