  • - lemon - 2 pcs;
  • - cream 35% - 150 ml.

Step 1

Prepare the dough first. To do this, put the eggs in a separate bowl and add granulated sugar to them. Beat the mixture. Then add softened butter, almonds crushed in a blender, cocoa powder and sifted flour there. Do not forget to mix the bulk thoroughly after each addition of an ingredient. Knead the dough.

Step 2

Grease a collapsible baking dish, the diameter of which is approximately 25 centimeters, and put the resulting dough on it. Spread it over the entire surface and make sides for the future cake. In this form, cover with cling film and send to the cold for half an hour.

Put a sheet of parchment on the chilled dough, and on it, respectively, dry beans. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the cake base into it for about a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, remove the zest from 2 lemons and grind it with a grater. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining pulp. For a cake, it will take about 100 milliliters. Combine chicken eggs and egg yolk, add granulated sugar and beat thoroughly. Add the cream to the mixture and whisk again. Add lemon juice and zest there. Mix well.

Step 5

Remove the parchment with beans from the cooled baked dough and put the prepared lemon cream on it. Spread it gently over the entire surface.

Step 6

Send the dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Garnish with grated chocolate if desired. Chocolate cake with lemon cream is ready!
