Hearty and delicious tuna sandwiches are perfect for breakfast. In addition, tuna is also very healthy. Firstly, it is a low-calorie product (less than 150 Kcal per 100 grams), and secondly, it is rich in all amino acids necessary for growth, as well as iron and magnesium - important elements that our body often lacks. Despite the large number of ingredients, these sandwiches are quite simple to prepare.

- 300 g canned tuna;
- 1 medium onion;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 pickled cucumbers;
- 80 g olive mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp mustard;
- 1 French baguette
- 100 g of cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 2
Peel the stalks and seeds from the pepper and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Chop the pickled cucumbers.
Step 4
Drain the tuna. Place the tuna in a small bowl and mash with a fork.
Step 5
Boil the eggs hard-boiled (this will take 8-10 minutes), let them cool, peel and chop into cubes.
Step 6
Combine tuna, onion, pickled cucumbers, eggs and peppers. Season the resulting mixture with olive mayonnaise. Season with mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the French loaf into slices and grill a little.

Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bread slices.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on the sandwiches.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the prepared sandwiches on top of it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and leave the sandwiches on top of the oven for 8-10 minutes. You can serve sandwiches to the table!
