Liver cake is a very tasty, unusual and at the same time quite economical dish. The appetizer will become a worthy decoration both for the everyday table and for a festive meal.

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 3 pcs;
  • Beef liver - 0.5 kg;
  • Mayonnaise sauce - 1 glass;
  • Large onion - 1 pc;
  • Milk - 100 ml;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Flour of the highest grade - 50 g;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Salt, spices and dill herbs;
  • Vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. We clean the onion. Rinse and cut into thin half rings.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Put the chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
  3. We cut the peeled carrots into thin strips, and then also send them to fry until softened. Maintain a moderate fire power.
  4. Put the chopped liver in a blender. Pour milk and beat thoroughly.
  5. Add eggs and flour to a homogeneous liver mass. Stir well, add salt and pepper.
  6. Now take a frying pan about 10-15 centimeters in diameter. Warm up by pouring just a little vegetable oil.
  7. We bake pancakes from the liver one after the other on both sides.
  8. We clean the garlic. Squeeze through a press and mix with mayonnaise. Add greens, pre-washed and finely chopped, as well as a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  9. Alternately grease the liver pancakes with garlic sauce. Lay the onion mixed with carrots on top.
  10. When the cake is assembled, cover the topmost pancake only with mayonnaise with herbs and garlic. The finished snack must be cooled in the refrigerator overnight to soak it better.
