A salad with plums and feta cheese is prepared in ten minutes. This is a very aromatic light spring salad that will brighten up your meal.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - feta cheese - 200 g;
- - plums - 100 g;
- - walnuts, corn salad, chard - 50 g each;
- - olive oil - 100 ml;
- - one lemon;
- - honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt, fresh pepper.

Step 1
Cut the plums in half, then into quarters, carefully remove the pit.
Step 2
Cut the feta cheese into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 3
Grind walnuts in a blender, mix with a spoonful of honey, olive oil, lemon juice. Salt and pepper the resulting salad dressing, mix.
