Ingredients:

  • Processed cheese - 1 pc;
  • Large plums - 2 pcs;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Chicken fillet or ham - 1 pc;
  • Canned corn - 75 g;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the ham in salted water until cooked (if you wish, you can replace it with breast fillet). A baked meat product is also suitable for preparing a salad.
  2. Chop the chicken into medium-sized cubes. Lay it out in an even layer on a serving platter, and grease it with mayonnaise on top (it is advisable to make a homemade sauce - it is not so harmful).
  3. Wash the fresh plums well. We take out the seeds, then chop the fruits into strips and distribute them over the mayonnaise (the skin does not need to be removed - it is rather thin and does not affect the taste of the dish in any way). From above we again make a mayonnaise "mesh".
  4. Boil a couple of hard-boiled eggs. Immediately immerse them in cold water - this will make them easier to clean, and a little later we will chop them into strips or cut them on a coarse grater. The egg layer, like the previous "floors" of the salad, grease with sauce.
  5. It's the turn of the sweet corn. We level the dishes on the surface and again cover with mayonnaise.
  6. Processed cheese crumbled on a grater with large holes. Sprinkle over the salad - due to its presence, the dish will get a light creamy taste.

You can decorate a juicy salad with leftover corn or plum wedges. Be sure that even the most discerning gourmets will appreciate this culinary delight!
