Chicken fillet and kiwi is an unusual combination, but nevertheless it is often used in salads. The salad with kiwi and chicken fillet turns out to be hearty and very juicy, it will become a bright spot in your daily menu.
It is necessary
- - 2 chicken fillets;
- - 120 g of hard cheese;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - 2 kiwi;
- - pepper, salt, mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in slightly salted water until tender, cool, cut into small cubes (you can simply disassemble it into fibrous pieces with your hands). Rub a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater or cut into cubes, add to the chicken, stir.
Step 2
Rinse fresh cucumber, cut into cubes. You do not need to peel it, an exception is if the peel is very tough and bitter. Peel two kiwis, if they are very small, then take three. Chop, add to the rest of the salad. Try to cut the ingredients into cubes the same size - this will make the salad look better.
Step 3
Salt the kiwi and chicken fillet salad, season with a little mayonnaise. Kiwi and cucumber will give juice anyway, so don't overdo it with mayonnaise. In general, it is better to take homemade mayonnaise - the dish will turn out to be softer, richer.
Step 4
Season the salad with ground black pepper or a mixture of different peppers (the amount is at your discretion, if you don't like spicy, then you can not add pepper at all), mix. It is not required to insist on the salad; serve it immediately after cooking. You can decorate the top with green onion feathers.
