Chips, commonly sold in stores, are high in calories due to their high oil content. This recipe does not use oil to make chips. This requires a minimum amount of ingredients and a little time. These chips will appeal to both adults and children.
It is necessary
- –Young fresh potatoes (300 g);
- –Sweet paprika (7 g);
- –Salt to taste;
- –Dried dill to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the potatoes, rinse the skin thoroughly with a special brush and remove the skin with a sharp knife. The most crucial step in this recipe is cutting the potatoes into flat and thin slices of the same thickness. You can do this with a vegetable peeler, but the most convenient way is to use a culinary slicer, which can be purchased at any grocery store.
Step 2
Grate all existing potatoes and transfer to a deep bowl. Rinse again. Take parchment paper and cut a small circle to fit your microwave base. Dry the potatoes a little with a paper towel. Lay the potato slices into a thin layer. Make sure that the slices do not overlap.
Step 3
Place the paper in the microwave, turn on the power at 700-800 W, and then carefully monitor the process. As soon as the surface of the potatoes turns light brown, then immediately remove the chips from the microwave. Otherwise, the potatoes will lose their crispy properties. The approximate cooking time for each batch of potatoes is 3-6 minutes.
Step 4
Spread and cook the chips until all the potatoes are gone. Then in a separate bowl, stir together the salt, dill and sweet paprika. Transfer the resulting chips to the spices and roll gently.
