Delicious curd cake with chocolate will decorate the festive table. It is designed for a large company and is perfect for a hearty tea party.
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - 70 gr. Sahara;
- - 130 gr. flour;
- - 55 gr. butter.
- For filling:
- - 720 gr. curd cheese;
- - 150 gr. Sahara;
- - 80 ml sour cream;
- - 3 eggs;
- - half a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - 360 gr. chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Using a mixer, mix the ingredients for the base. It should be smooth and crumbly.
Step 2
We spread the finished mass in a mold measuring 22 by 33 cm. It is imperative to tamp the base. Preheat the oven to 175C and send the baking sheet with the dough into it for 13-15 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the curd cheese and sugar until creamy. We drive eggs into the cream one by one.
Step 4
Add sour cream, half chocolate (180 g) and vanilla extract.
Step 5
Stir the mixture for the last time and put it in a baking sheet on top of the base.
Step 6
We bake the cake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 175C.
Step 7
Melt the other half of the chocolate in a water bath and pour over the cake.
Step 8
We put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.
