Fish bugs are most often prepared in Norway. Despite the large list of ingredients, the dish is prepared quickly and easily.
It is necessary
- - fish (pike, cod, catfish) 700 g;
- - stale loaf 50 g;
- - milk 50 ml;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - fat 20 g;
- - egg 1 pc;
- - flour 50 g;
- - crackers;
- - vegetable oil;
- - pepper, salt.
- Sauce
- - sour cream 120 g;
- - flour 1 tbsp;
- - broth;
- - dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Process the fish, remove the skin. Separate the fillet, remove the bones. Soak a roll in milk, squeeze. Fry the onions in fat. Fillet, onion, roll pass twice through a meat grinder, add egg, pepper, salt and mix until fluffy.
Step 2
Make small round bedbugs, roll them in breadcrumbs, press lightly and fry on all sides. Fold in a flat saucepan in one layer, pour in 250 g of water so that only the bottom of the saucepan is covered with liquid.
Step 3
Fry flour in fat, stir in cold broth, lightly salt, pour into a saucepan, let it boil. Simmer in the sauce for a few minutes. Set aside, pour in sour cream, add finely chopped dill, mix gently, shaking the pan.
Step 4
Put the klops in a deep dish, pour over the sauce. Serve potatoes or pasta separately.
