It is necessary
- - 150 grams of chicken breasts,
- - 1 egg,
- - 1 onion,
- - 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of sugar,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar
- - parsley to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast and boil until tender, then cut into small pieces.
Step 2
It is better to cut the peeled onion into half rings, but you can also cut it into cubes - to taste.
Step 3
To marinate onions, mix the vinegar, sugar and salt in a cup, then add the onion to the marinade and stir. Leave it on for ten minutes.
Step 4
Beat an egg into a bowl, add sunflower oil, beat. Bake two thin pancakes from the egg mass. Pancakes should be baked for half a minute on each side. Cut the pancakes into strips.
Step 5
Form a salad. Put half the boiled chicken meat in the first layer, coat with mayonnaise. The second layer is pickled onions, which are also greased with mayonnaise. Put the remaining chicken meat on top of mayonnaise, brush with mayonnaise. The next layer is strips of egg pancakes. Arrange them as you like, you can simply spread them over the salad or roll each strip into a roll. You do not need to grease this layer with mayonnaise, decorate with fresh parsley or dill. Put the salad in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving.
