Chicken fillet pate with the addition of prunes is a delicious dish, it is suitable both for everyday life and for a festive table. This pate can be served with bread for breakfast or canapes can be prepared on its basis for a buffet table.

- - 4 things. boiled chicken fillet;
- - 2 carrots;
- - 1 onion;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - a handful of prunes;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - any greens to taste, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the peeled and chopped carrots with the onions. Add chopped garlic at the end of frying. Soak prunes in cold water, chop the herbs finely.
Step 2
Boil chicken breasts in advance, chop them in a blender or scroll through a meat grinder, add fried vegetables along with prunes, mix all the ingredients thoroughly again. Add greens, stir.
Step 3
To make the chicken pate more tender, you need to prepare a dressing of mayonnaise and sour cream. Better to put more sour cream and less mayonnaise, just to give the dressing a mayonnaise flavor. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, the total volume of the resulting dressing should be 150 ml.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the pate with a gentle dressing - you get a delicate and delicious chicken pate with prunes. Place it in a mold, or shape it into a slice on a serving platter.
