It is necessary

  • - 2 cups wheat flour;
  • - 1 glass of sour cream 15% fat, brown sugar;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 60 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 teaspoon baking powder for dough;
  • - canned pineapple;
  • - any flavor for the dough (vanilla, lemon).

Instructions

Step 1

Beat two eggs into a bowl, add brown sugar, you can use regular beet sugar if you don't have brown sugar. Add sour cream and fragrance, you can use grated lemon zest or vanillin as a fragrance. Pour in 60 ml of vegetable oil, mix everything until smooth.

Step 2

Sift flour in another bowl, add baking powder to it. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour, knead the dough with a spatula or fork. In literally 1 minute, a homogeneous dough should be obtained that does not take into lumps.

Step 3

Remove the pineapple rings or cubes from the syrup and place them on a paper towel to fit in the excess juice. Cut pineapples into small pieces, add to the dough and stir gently.

Step 4

Take muffin cups and grease with butter or muffin liners. Divide the dough into shapes. Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Muffins with pineapple for tea are baked for 25-40 minutes - baking time depends largely on the size of the molds and your oven.

Step 5

Ready-made muffins can be served immediately. When chilled, baked goods remain soft, so they can be safely stored in a food bag or refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.
