Avid opponents of pumpkin food should also reconsider their views, since the taste of this dish can pleasantly surprise everyone. We will learn how to cook a sweet pumpkin casserole with apples, cottage cheese and semolina.

Step 1
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes and boil until tender in not too much water. Cool and grind in a blender along with the released juice until puree.

Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar and semolina into the resulting mass, and then mix and leave to swell for half an hour.

Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Pour the lemon juice over the apple slices and simmer in a skillet, oiled in advance, until soft.

Grease a skillet or baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Add butter croutons and a beaten egg to the pumpkin puree, mix. Spread the pumpkin puree evenly over the bottom of the dish, sprinkle with cinnamon. Then, smooth the applesauce.
Step 5
Put the remaining sugar, vanilla, yolk in the cottage cheese and rub everything thoroughly. Add whipped protein at the end. Place the curd mass on top of the apples and sprinkle with powder.

Preheat oven to 180oC, place the pumpkin casserole and cook for half an hour until tender.
