Chicken dishes have always enjoyed well-deserved popularity among eaters. There are many different recipes for making chicken meat. - 50-60 g of white bread;
- ¾ glasses of milk;
- 150 g champignons;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 3 canned pineapple rings;
- 3 tablespoons of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken carcass, with a sharp knife separate the flesh from the bones along with the skin. Pass everything through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. In a separate bowl, soak white bread without a crust in milk and add it to the minced meat. Pass the mixture through a meat grinder again. Then add salt, ground black pepper and mix well.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the cutlets. Peel the mushrooms from the ground, rinse thoroughly with cold water and chop finely. Lightly fry the mushrooms in a skillet in hot butter for 2-3 minutes. Then put them in a saucepan, add two tablespoons of sour cream, cover and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes, then refrigerate. Cut the rings of canned pineapple into small pieces, fold in a colander to remove excess juice and syrup. Mix them with chilled mushrooms.
Step 3
Make small cakes from the cooked minced chicken, put a tablespoon of mushroom and pineapple filling in the middle of each. Gently join the edges of the flatbread together and form into patties.
Step 4
Pour the ground crackers on a flat dish or board, roll the prepared cutlets in them. Dissolve butter or ghee in a pan and heat well. Fry the chicken cutlets in oil on both sides. Serve the ready meal with sour cream. Garnish with fresh or grilled vegetables.
