These bagels are delicious yeast baked goods. Compared to store-bought products, such a product is much more aromatic, and you can give them any shape to your taste. - - Flour - 450-500 g,
- - dry yeast - 2, 5 tsp,
- - kefir - 1 glass,
- - butter - 50 g,
- - sugar - 3 tbsp. l.,
- - vanilla sugar - 2 sachets,
- - salt - 1/4 tsp,
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough in the usual way: add 1 tsp into kefir heated to 36-40 degrees. sugar and 2.5 tsp. yeast. Mix well until smooth, sprinkle with flour on top. Cover with a towel and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the rest of the ingredients, knead well until smooth and let stand for another 1 hour. After that, shape the sausages, and from them - the figures at your discretion.
Step 3
Moisten a baking sheet with water, lay out the figures, allow to distance. Then brush with yolk (you can also sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished products with icing sugar. All the bagels are ready. Serve with tea.
