Making this cheese roll is easy. The most important thing is to do everything quickly. The dish is perfect for a festive table.

- - 5 packs of processed cheese,
- - 3 tbsp. flour,
- - 350 g mayonnaise,
- - 5 eggs,
- - salt to taste,
- - greens,
- - 3 cloves of garlic,
- - 150 g champignons,
- - 300 g ham,
- - 50 g olives,
- - 250 g of hard cheese,
- - 80 g butter,
- - 2 bell peppers.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the base. To do this, grate processed cheese, add beaten eggs, mayonnaise, flour, salt, mix everything well and put on a baking sheet. Spread the mixture evenly over the entire baking sheet in a thin layer. Place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
As soon as the layer is reddened, it must be removed. After that, the layer should be carefully separated and laid out on the table with the ruddy side down on the parchment for baking.
Step 3
Now it's the turn of the filling. To do this, grate processed cheese, eggs, add finely chopped herbs and mushrooms, crush garlic, mayonnaise, mix everything well and spread a warm pancake. Then you need to lay out a layer of ham, which should be cut thinly.
Step 4
Grate hard cheese, add soft butter, which needs to be cut into cubes. Now add the peppers, stir everything and distribute the ham on top. Place the olives in a chain.
Step 5
Now you need to roll up the roll. It wraps up neatly, you don't need to press hard, but it is recommended to press it slightly, it curls up to the end.
Step 6
Then it is tightly wrapped in parchment, placed in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then it is removed, cut and laid out on a plate.
