- Wheat flour 1300 grams, semolina 2 tablespoons, butter or margarine 125 grams, 1 egg yolk, sour cream 150 grams, 4 tablespoons of cold water, grated bread crumbs 3 tablespoons, salt.
- For filling:
- Cottage cheese 500 grams, butter 40 grams, sugar 70 grams, 1 egg, lemon zest 2 tablespoons, raisins 2 tablespoons with a slide, starch 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and semolina together, add salt, add egg yolk, melted butter, warm water, sour cream and knead the dough. Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky.
Step 2
Sprinkle the prepared dough with melted butter, close and keep warm for 30 minutes. Then we roll it out in a thin layer, grease with oil on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
We soften the cottage cheese, add sugar, butter, beaten egg, starch, grated zest, prepared raisins and mix the mass thoroughly.
Step 4
On the prepared dough, lay out the resulting curd mass in an even layer, roll the dough into a roll and put it in a mold. Grease the surface with oil and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 230-250oC.
