Soften the margarine and put in flour, knead a tight dough, then roll it into a ball, which should be wrapped in foil and put in the refrigerator for 2.5 hours.

Then take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll out a thin layer of it. Beat the yolk and grease the finished dough with it.

Rinse greens, dry, chop. Peel and chop the garlic, mix in a separate bowl with the remaining grated cheese and chopped herbs.
