It is necessary

Step 1
Wash and dry the vegetables. Each tomato should be cut into 4 pieces.

Pour 50 ml of olive oil on a baking sheet, spread it over the entire surface with a culinary silicone brush. Put the tomatoes, skin side down, on a prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining olive oil on top.

Next, salt and pepper the tomatoes to taste, add a little red hot pepper flakes (optional: if you like spicy!) And peeled garlic cloves. Put the tomatoes in the oven, preheated to a minimum (70-100 degrees) for 10 hours.
Step 4
Prepare 2 liter jars (it is even better to pre-sterilize them). Pour some oil on the bottom, then put some baked tomatoes (at this stage, if you wish, you can remove the skins from them), cover with a couple of basil leaves and add a couple of garlic cloves. Place the tomatoes again and continue alternating layers until the container is full.
Step 5
Top the appetizer should be poured with spicy aromatic oil from a baking sheet with which the vegetables were dried. Close the jar tightly with a clean lid and store the snack in a cool place.
