Krucheniki with mushrooms is a tasty and light dish that will surely decorate any table. Healthy crumpets are easy to make, just follow the recipe.

It is necessary

  • - 6 pork cuts
  • - 20 g dried mushrooms
  • - 50 ml of water
  • - 120 ml sour cream
  • - 60 g of hard cheese
  • - 5 tbsp. sunflower oil
  • - 1 onion
  • - 1 tsp starch
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Pour boiling water over the mushrooms. Leave it on for an hour. Then drain, do not pour out the liquid. Chop the mushrooms finely.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons in a deep skillet. sunflower oil, add onions there. Simmer until transparent. Then add mushrooms to the pan, salt to taste and simmer everything together for another 2-5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 3

Beat the chops well on both sides, then season with salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to the mushrooms, mix thoroughly.

Divide the filling into 6 parts. Place a little filling on each cue ball, spread over the center of the cue ball, leaving the edges free, and wrap tightly. Pin off with a skewer or toothpick.

Heat the remaining sunflower oil in a skillet, add the croutons and fry on each side until golden brown. Then pour in the mushroom liquid, reduce heat to a minimum, cover and simmer for another 5-8 minutes, until soft.

Then remove the lid, transfer the curls to a plate, keep warm. Pour the remaining mushroom liquid into the pan where the meat was fried. Increase heat to maximum and boil down to 1/4 of the original amount.

Take out the skewers from the kruseniks. Add sour cream to the boiled liquid, reduce the heat, bring to a boil and put the curd in the sauce. Warm up all together well.

Step 9

Place the krucheniki on a serving plate. Mix the starch with 50 ml of cold water. Add to the sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Then remove from heat, salt the sauce as needed. Pour the sauce over the krucheniki and serve.
