A bright delicacy will be an excellent festive treat. The glazed chocolate base perfectly sets off the delicate taste of the curd dough.
It is necessary
- - 1, 5 glasses of cottage cheese;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 300 g butter;
- - 80 g of sugar;
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- For glaze:
- - 400 g of white chocolate;
- - food coloring;
- For decoration:
- - 30 cm satin ribbon;
- - 10 beads (edible, confectionery);
- - 3 bells;
- - 10 candles;
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender or pass through a sieve so that the curd mass in the finished baked goods is homogeneous and airy.
Step 2
Then put the cottage cheese in a bowl, chop cold (but not frozen) butter with a knife, add sugar, mix thoroughly. Mix flour with baking powder, add to the curd mixture.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs and vanilla sugar well. Then add to the main curd-creamy mass. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. For lovers of chocolate treats, you can add cocoa to the dough.
Step 4
Make a Christmas tree stencil of the desired size. Roll out the dough into an oblong layer and use a stencil to cut the silhouette of the Christmas tree with a knife. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven.
Step 5
Prepare the icing. Melt the white chocolate, add the green dye to it. Transfer the cake to the wire rack.
Step 6
Gently pour warm chocolate over the pastry, starting from the middle of the tin and spreading over the entire surface to the brim. Leave the cake for the chocolate to freeze.
Step 7
In the meantime, make bows out of ribbons for decoration. Gently glue the beads and bells onto the tree.
Step 8
Attach candles around the edges of the green beauty. Decorate with beads, laying them in rows in the form of garlands thrown from branch to branch.
