It is necessary

  • - 450 g of premium flour;
  • - 1/3 cup sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 2 teaspoons of dry yeast;
  • - 1 glass of milk;
  • - 2 yolks;
  • - 30 g butter;
  • - 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
  • - a glass of Nutella pasta;
  • - white sesame seeds
  • For lubrication:
  • - sugar;
  • - milk;
  • - egg whites

Instructions

Step 1

Place the flour in a large bowl along with the sugar, salt and yeast. Stir the mixture of ingredients. … Pour in warm milk, which will help activate the yeast, then the yolks. Save the squirrels, they will still be needed for lubrication.

Step 2

Add softened butter to the dough. Stir well with a fork first, then knead the dough with your hands. You should get a slightly sticky mass.

Step 3

Place it on a cutting board and begin kneading (about 10 minutes), as if stretching the dough along the board, moving away from you. The stickiness will gradually disappear.

Step 4

If the dough gets too dry, soak your fingers a little in warm milk, moisten and return to working with it. As a result, the dough should become elastic.

Step 5

Pour some sunflower oil into a bowl and sprinkle it on the dough, formed into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and place in heat for 1 hour. After proving, cut the puffed dough into 4 equal portions.

Step 6

After sprinkling some flour on the countertop, roll out one of the pieces. After initially squaring, extend the bottom corners to the sides to configure the triangle shape.

Step 7

In the end, it should look like a Christmas tree. Choose the size of the tree as you like. Place the items on a sheet of baking paper.

Step 9

Transfer the first layer along with the paper to a metal sheet, set aside. Similarly, reproduce the process of creating a "herringbone" - a triangle from the second part of the test.

Step 10

Next, place the second layer on the first (with Nutella), in the same way distribute the chocolate paste. So, do the rest of the test. You do not need to spread the paste on the last layer.

Step 11

Roll carefully with a rolling pin over the top layer of the workpiece. Now you should use a ruler and a knife to trim the edges, and then outline the tree trunk with two barely noticeable lines.
