White birch salad can be decorated in a variety of ways. An original birch tree or imitation of black and white bark - any of the options will become an original table decoration.

- - 200 g chicken fillet
- - 2 small cucumbers
- - 1 head of onion
- - some walnuts
- - 1 tsp mustard

- - 50 g of pickled mushrooms (champignons or honey mushrooms)

- - mayonnaise or natural yogurt
- - ground black pepper

- - 1 celery root
- - 2 eggs
- - prunes
- - 50 g grated cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in lightly salted water until tender. Cut into thin strips or small cubes.
Step 2
Chop cucumbers, celery root and prunes. Boil and chop the eggs finely. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Make a salad dressing. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise or natural yogurt and one teaspoon of mustard. Stir in a few drops of lemon juice and salt to taste. Add a chopped clove of garlic to the mixture for a spicy flavor.
Step 4
In olive or vegetable oil, fry finely chopped pickled mushrooms and onions until golden brown.
Step 5
Layer in a salad bowl: fried mushrooms with onions, chicken, a layer of dressing, cucumbers, celery, eggs and grated cheese. Finish the composition with a second layer of dressing. You can make an imitation of a birch trunk from mayonnaise, use parsley to make green foliage. Use prunes for black streaks on the trunk.
