There are a great many recipes with chicken, and it becomes more and more difficult for chefs to come up with something interesting, at the same time simple and tasty. This recipe is just that: there is nothing complicated in its preparation, but at the same time, it is not trivial and harmonious in the combination of tastes. Even children can be involved in the process so that they too can join the main dish of the Sunday family meal.

- - frozen puff pastry without yeast - 1 pack;
- - chicken drumsticks - 1 pad (or 9-10 pieces);
- - frozen vegetable mix "Hawaiian" - 1 pack;
- - sunflower oil - 1-2 tablespoons;
- - salt, ground black pepper and bay leaf - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
The mixture of vegetables must be stewed until tender, slightly salted. Chicken drumsticks - sauté with pepper and bay leaves.
Step 2
Roll out the defrosted dough and cut into squares according to the number of servings. In handling puff pastry, certain rules must be followed: defrost gradually at room temperature, roll it to one side and cut with a very sharp knife. All this is required so that the structure of the dough is not broken, it does not crack, and the layers do not stick together.
Step 3
On each piece of dough, you need to put a portion of stewed vegetables, and put the drumstick on them, bone up. Gather the dough into a "bag" and secure the corners with a thread or an arrow of green onions. Do not put too much filling, otherwise you will not be able to collect the "bag". Even a small portion of vegetables will add juiciness and new flavors to the meat.

Cover the baking dish with foil. Put the finished products on top and place in a well-preheated oven until the dough is ready. Depending on the number of servings and temperature, the cooking time can be up to 20 minutes, but it is not recommended to leave it longer - the puff pastry is baked very quickly, and there is a risk that the dish will burn. Cool the ready-made "bags" and serve.
