  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 250 g of fresh crumbly cottage cheese;
  • - 40 g of premium wheat flour;
  • - 40 g of finely ground cedar flour;
  • - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 2.5 g of salt;
  • - 50 g low-fat sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a small deep cup, put cottage cheese in it, dilute with quite a bit with warm boiled water. Mash gently with a fork so that there are no lumps left.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine both types of flour, stir, add eggs and salt. Mix well and add the curd. You can beat the dough using a hand mixer or a whisk. Let the dough sit for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out a long sausage from the dough, dip a little in flour, cut into circles. Roll the mugs again on both sides in flour.

Step 4

Put the salted water in a saucepan, as soon as the water boils, throw the dumplings into it. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Take out the dumplings and add oil. Serve hot dumplings with fresh sour cream. Garnish with herbs or lightly sprinkle with grated cheese.
