Soups are very useful for the body, so they must be included in your daily diet. So that they, so to speak, do not become boring, one must constantly experiment. I suggest you make chicken nut soup.
It is necessary
- - 1 small chicken;
- - leeks (white part) - 300 g;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - celery root - 50 g;
- - peeled walnuts - 0.5 cups;
- - corn flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - dill - 1 bunch;
- - parsley - 2 branches;
- - cilantro - 2 branches;
- - mint - 1 sprig;
- - pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken carcass thoroughly and cut into portions.

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and add the chopped chicken to it. Bring the water to a boil, then cook for another half hour. Don't forget to skim off the foam.

In the meantime, while the chicken is cooking, you need to prepare the vegetables. Chop the celery root and onions and cut the leeks into half rings. Walnuts should be crumbled with a blender.
Step 4
Add the following foods to the chicken broth: celery root, leeks, onions, and walnuts. Also, don't forget to add salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil again, then cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5
It's time to make the soup dressing. To do this, mix the cornmeal with water until smooth.
Step 6
Add the resulting corn mixture to the broth, stirring constantly. After adding the mixture, bring the soup to a boil. Rinse the greens, chop, add to the dish and cook for another 1 minute. Remove from heat and let it brew for 5 minutes. Chicken soup with nuts is ready!
