In order to make a puff pastry cake, you can use the prepared crust. Grease a baking sheet and transfer the dough sprinkled with powdered sugar to it. It should be baked for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Then in several places pierce the cake with a fork, bake for another 5 minutes. Turn the finished cake, sprinkle it with sugar and put it again for a few minutes in the oven preheated to 250 degrees. This is necessary so that the sugar is fried and looks like caramel. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven and place in a cool place. After a while, as soon as the crust has cooled, cover it with chilled and whipped sour cream. Top with raspberries (or jam).

Here's another recipe for a raspberry cake: take the cream and pour it into a saucepan; add sugar and vanillin. Place the mixture on low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. After that, cool them and beat with a mixer. At the second stage, sort out the raspberries, make mashed potatoes from 2/3 of the berries. Add a little boiled cold water to it, cream, mix everything thoroughly. Now whisk the whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice, mix everything with raspberry puree. Once mixed, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. After this time, take out the ice cream, stir it, and then put it back in the chamber for two to three hours.

It's time to preheat the oven (set the temperature to 200 degrees). At this time, mix the butter crumbs with honey and butter, place the resulting mass in a greased mold so as to completely cover the sides and bottom. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool. Once this happens, fill the mold with ice cream, flatten the surface and refrigerate again. Before serving, you will need to decorate the cake with raspberries.
