Kulich is an invariable attribute of the festive Easter table. There are many recipes for its preparation. If the hostess is running out of time, and you want to pamper your loved ones with homemade cake, then a simple recipe will help out. Prepared in a hurry, it turns out very tasty!
It is necessary
- - premium wheat flour - 0.5 kg
- - sugar - 300 g
- - butter or margarine - 250 g
- - milk - 1/2 cup
- - egg - 4 pcs.
- - baking powder - 18 g (1 sachet)
- - raisins - 50 g
- - zest of 1 lemon
- - vanillin
Instructions
Step 1
Soften butter or margarine, rub thoroughly with sugar and eggs in a deep bowl. Then add flour, baking powder and vanillin on the tip of a knife and mix everything together. Then pour in the milk and stir well again.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the pitted raisins. Prepare the zest by grating the lemon peel with a coarse grater. Add zest and raisins to the dough, mix. Place the dough in a baked cake pan, greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 45-55 minutes. Determine the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick stuck in the center of the baking: if it is dry, then the cake is baked.
