Solyanka is a very tasty and satisfying dish that any housewife can cook without much difficulty. To prepare a hodgepodge, it is better to take a whole fish. When serving, garnish the hodgepodge with a slice of lemon.

- - 2 pickled cucumbers
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 10 pieces. olives

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon and put in a pot of water so that it is completely submerged in the water. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Then drain the water and fill the fish with three liters of clean water. When the fish is cooked, remove from the broth, refrigerate and separate the meat from the bones. The resulting broth must be filtered.
Step 2
Then chop one garlic clove, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes into strips. Put the broth on the fire and bring to a boil. Put pre-fried vegetables, disassembled salmon meat, chopped potatoes in a saucepan with broth.
Step 3
Add the sliced lemon, capers, pickles, olives, pepper and 2 bay leaves. The solyanka must be boiled for a few more minutes.
