Step 1
It will be easier to butcher the mackerel until it is completely thawed. We clean the mackerel - cut off the head, tail. Cut the fins with scissors. We make a deep incision along the ridge on both sides and take out the bone, clean the abdomen from the films.

Wash the prepared mackerel fillet, lightly dry and spread. Finely chop the garlic and at the end press it lightly with a knife blade, chop the bay leaf with your hands and mix with the spices so that they are evenly distributed.
