A home-style chicken roll can be made in half an hour. Get a hearty breakfast or lunch.
It is necessary
- For five servings:
- - five Armenian lavash;
- - ketchup - 200 ml;
- - mustard - 150 ml;
- - mayonnaise - 150 ml;
- - Shabby hard cheese - 10 teaspoons;
- - three pickles;
- - one tomato;
- - a bunch of green salad;
- - three eggs;
- - sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - semolina - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken breast - 1/2 piece;
- - bread crumbs, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat off the chicken fillet, cut lengthwise into pieces. Season with salt and pepper, dip in a beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Make an omelet. Beat two eggs, add pepper, salt, sour cream, semolina. Pour into a skillet, cook over low heat. Then cool the finished omelet, cut it into long strips.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into slices, grate the cheese. Rinse the lettuce leaves, pat dry. Mix ketchup, mayonnaise.
Step 4
Put pita bread on a dish, brush with mustard, put a few lettuce leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, add chicken fillet, omelet, two teaspoons of cheese. Top with a couple of tablespoons of the sauce. All that remains is to roll the chicken roll at home and enjoy your meal!
