You will need:

- 700 grams of pork fillet;

- 120 grams of prunes;

The first step is to finely chop the nuts, wash and chop the prunes (if there are seeds, remove them). Grate the cheese. In a deep bowl, mix everything until smooth.

Cut a piece of pork into thin layers no more than a centimeter thick. Beat each layer with a hammer, salt, rub with spices and let sit for a few minutes.

Divide the filling into as many layers as it was possible to cut off. Place the filling evenly on the pork, roll everything into rolls and fix with toothpicks.

Beat eggs, salt, dip the rolls in them and put in a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil in advance. Put in the oven for 30 minutes, adjusting the temperature to 180 degrees. The pork roll is ready.

How to make a pork roll with mushrooms

You will need:

- 2 kilograms of the peritoneum;

- 300 grams of mushrooms (champignons are ideal);

- five to seven cloves of garlic;

- a pinch of ground coriander, dried dill and curry;

- 30 grams of vegetable oil;

- salt.

A piece of the peritoneum must be thoroughly rinsed, cut off the fat. Chop three cloves of garlic, grind them with curry, coriander and salt, coat a piece of peritoneum with the mixture.

Next, you need to chop the remaining garlic, fry it on fire until transparent, then add finely chopped mushrooms, dill, salt and fry everything until fully cooked.
