This sweet apple-curd-rice casserole will appeal to all family members and is perfect for a morning meal. The dish is prepared very simply and quickly.

- - round grain rice - 200 g;
- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - milk 2, 5% - 300 ml;
- - water - 2 glasses;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - apples of medium size - 3-4 pcs.;
- - sugar - 5 tbsp. l.;. l.;
- - icing sugar - 1 tbsp
- - butter - 50 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - ground cinnamon - 2 tsp;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted water until half cooked. Combine rice and cottage cheese, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir.
Step 2
Wash the apples with water, peel, remove the core. Cut the apples into 1 centimeter thick slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Beat eggs with 25 grams of softened butter, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and milk. Stir the mixture with a mixer.
Step 4
Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with the remaining oil. Place half of the rice and cottage cheese on the bottom of the mold. Place all the sliced apples on the rice. Sprinkle apples with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place a layer of rice and cottage cheese on top again. Pour everything with the egg-milk mixture and put the casserole in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the finished casserole slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
