These cute little muffins are easy to make with butter, ground almonds, powdered sugar, and egg whites. The dough is very tender; instead of berries, you can use pieces of any juicy fruit.

  • For six servings:
  • - 1 glass of powdered sugar;
  • - 1 glass of ground almonds;
  • - 1 glass of any berries or fruits;
  • - 3 egg whites;
  • - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 70 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

While you are preparing all the necessary ingredients, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees, so that later you do not have to wait with the finished dough.

Step 2

Sift flour and powdered sugar into a deep bowl, add ground almonds and stir. Beat the egg whites separately with a mixer until a stable white mass is formed.

Step 3

Slowly stir in the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites, add room temperature butter. Stir the dough until smooth.

Step 4

Take six muffin cups and coat them with vegetable oil or butter. If you have silicone molds, you do not need to coat them with oil. You can insert paper "cups" into the forms, then you get beautiful cupcakes, just like they sell in stores.

Step 5

Divide the dough into prepared molds, sprinkle with berries on top and gently press them into the dough. Place in a preheated oven, cook for 30-35 minutes - depending on the size of your molds.

Step 6
