The onion sauce will add a spicy flavor and aroma to an ordinary piece of fried pork. The recipe for this dish is not complicated, so even a novice chef can handle it.
It is necessary
- - pork (tenderloin) - 1 kg;
- - onions - 600 g;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - broth - 0.5 l;
- - cream - 200 ml;
- - mustard - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - fresh herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut into 4 parts and chop each into thick slices. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add onions to it. Fry it, stirring constantly, for 5-6 minutes, until the onion is golden brown. Then add the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the cream into the onion mass in a thin stream, pepper and salt. Then add the mustard, mix everything and remove from heat.
Step 3
Rinse the meat under running cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the piece into 4 pieces of 250 g. Salt and season with pepper. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet and fry the pork in it for 4 minutes on each side. The pieces should be golden brown on top, but pink on the inside.
Step 4
Chop the herbs and stir in the onion sauce. Put a piece of pork on a plate, and on it a couple of tablespoons of sauce. Serve with fried or boiled potatoes and fresh vegetables.
