Tartiflette is an everyday French dish. It is prepared from products that are always at hand: potatoes, cheese, bacon. I suggest trying to make a tartiflet according to the original recipe.
It is necessary
- - smoked breast - 400 g;
- - potatoes - 300 g;
- - Reblochon cheese - 250 g;
- - onions - 2-3 onions;
- - dry white wine - 200 ml;
- - butter - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes with water, boil in salted water until half cooked (the potatoes should remain slightly harsh). Cool it down. Peel and cut into slices about 5 millimeters thick.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Fry the onions in butter until translucent (2-3 minutes).
Step 3
Cut the smoked brisket into cubes and add to the onion, fry the mixture for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put half of the chopped potatoes on the bottom, put half the volume of fried onions with brisket and half of the cheese on top, salt and pepper. Repeat the layers in the same sequence one more time.
Step 6
Pour white wine over the dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve. The dish is ready.
