Probably everyone knows that pudding is a traditional English dish, and not a single Christmas in Britain can do without it. It is customary to bake beans into Christmas pudding, and whoever gets it at a festive dinner will be the king or queen of the evening.
It is necessary
- - 150 g of cottage cheese
- - 15 g semolina
- - 15 g sugar
- - 2 eggs
- - 20 g raisins
- - 5 g butter
- - 5 g bread crumbs
- - 50 g sour cream
- - vanillin
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggs, separate the white from the yolk from one of the eggs. Grind the yolk with sugar.
Step 2
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add the yolk with sugar to the grated cottage cheese, put softened butter, vanillin, salt, pre-sifted flour, washed and peeled raisins there. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the protein into a strong foam using a whisk or mixer, gently introduce it into the prepared curd mass, mix everything.
Step 4
Prepare the mold: grease it with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the curd mass into a mold, level the surface. Mix sour cream with the second egg, grease the curd mass with the resulting mass.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the pudding in it and bake for about half an hour.
Step 6
When the pudding is ready, you need to leave it in the form for another 5 to 10 minutes and only then put it on a dish.
Step 7
When serving the pudding, pour over sour cream or sweet sauce.
