Apples have long been recognized as one of the healthiest fruits; they are recommended to be eaten by sick and healthy people to prevent heart disease, arthritis and improve blood formation. On top of that, it's just a delicious fruit. Its combination with light cottage cheese perfectly satisfies hunger, gives a feeling of fullness and a charge of vivacity.
It is necessary
- - 6 pcs. green large apples;
- - 100 g pitted brown raisins;
- - 80 g of sugar;
- - 10 g of cinnamon;
- - 1 PC. a bag of vanillin;
- - 40 g semolina;
- - 3 pcs. eggs;
- - 250 g of cottage cheese;
- - 20 g of icing sugar;
- - 20 g of liquid flower honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse apples in cold water, dry thoroughly with a dry towel. Gently cut off the tops of the apples with a sharp knife, maybe with a stalk. Use a knife and a teaspoon to remove the core of the apple. The walls of the apple should remain no more than 3-4 ml thick.
Step 2
Take a deep cup and grind the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs and honey, semolina, cinnamon to it, mix. Add sugar, vanillin and whisk a little with a hand mixer or blender.
Step 3
Rinse the raisins in hot water and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Add raisins to the curd mixture, mix everything thoroughly and fill the apples with the mixture. Place the top of the apples on top in the form of lids, wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve the finished apples, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
