Instructions
Step 1
First you need to remove the meat from the bones, then cut off the excess fat, cut into medium pieces.

In a bowl, combine lime juice, thyme and grated garlic. Place the duck in the marinade and stir, then set aside.

Now you need to make the curry paste. To do this, put a bowl of spices, thyme and grated garlic. Add water there and stir until smooth.

Finely chop the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons in a saucepan. sunflower oil. Put the onion there and fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Add the curry paste and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes.

Now you need to put pieces of duck in a saucepan and fry so that it loses its pink color on the outside.

After that, you need to pour broth into a saucepan, add salt to taste and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
