- - quince - 140 g;
- - onions - 60 g;

Step 1
Cut fresh lamb flesh into chunks. Then peel the quince, cut into small wedges or cubes. Cut the grapes in half. Chop the onion and parsley finely.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry lamb meat, add chopped onions. In a separate skillet, fry the quince until golden brown. Pour a small amount of water into a pan with meat and simmer, covered with a lid, for about 15 minutes.
