Whatever is made from pumpkin - and soups, and pies, and casseroles. Make pumpkin cinnamon pancakes for a great breakfast in just twenty minutes.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - pumpkin - 400 g;
- - wheat flour - 170 g;
- - two eggs;
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - baking powder - 1/2 tsp;
- - ground cinnamon, salt, pepper, powdered sugar, vanillin - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the milk, eggs, sugar, vanillin, cinnamon, pepper, salt and baking powder until smooth.
Step 2
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, add to the dough, chop the resulting mass until smooth.
Step 3
Fry the pancakes until golden brown.
Step 4
Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the prepared pumpkin pancakes. Serve them with whipped cream, sour cream, condensed milk, or honey if desired.
