Charlotte is a popular apple pie recipe. But now there are so many varieties of charlotte that you can even cook it with potatoes and salmon. Of course, you can't serve such a cake as a dessert, but for lunch or dinner - that's it.

- - 750 g potatoes;
- - 500 g salmon fillet;
- - 1 onion;
- - 4 whole flour toasts;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of capers;
- - parsley, milk, arugula, olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices. Place the potato mugs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the potatoes with olive oil using a cooking brush. Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
