Do you like corn dishes, but you get bored of just boiling it? Then try grilling it. Bacon and goat cheese, as well as your favorite fresh herbs, will enrich its taste wonderfully.
It is necessary
- For 3 servings:
- - 1 slice of bacon;
- - a few sprigs of cilantro;
- - 60 g of goat cheese;
- - 3 pcs. corn on the cob;
- - 0.5 tbsp. olive oil;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. butter;
- - 0.5 tsp black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Wash the corn, dry it with a towel. Melt the butter in a saucepan, water bath or microwave oven and brush the ears with a silicone brush. Wrap each in foil, place on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put a slice of bacon in a dry preheated frying pan and thoroughly melt the fat out of it. Then transfer the crackling to a plate sent with a paper kitchen towel so that it absorbs the remaining fat. Do not empty the remaining fat from the pan!
Step 4
Peel greens from cilantro sprigs and chop finely. Grind the goat cheese and toasted bacon.
Step 5
Unfold the foil and remove the corn. Mix bacon fat with olive oil and pour over the ears. Then sprinkle with bacon, goat cheese and cilantro. Season lightly to taste and serve!
