Apple pie with apricot jam looks great on any table. It can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is advisable to cool the cake completely before serving. Take the yellow apples for this dessert.

- - 7 yellow apples;
- - 1/2 cup apricot jam;

Step 1
Grind the flour with 150 grams of chopped butter in a deep bowl. You should get a small crumb. Pour 3 tbsp into it. tablespoons of ice water, knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Take out the dough, dust a clean work surface with flour, roll out the dough for the mold, put it in the mold, cut off the excess. Leave the dough in the mold for 1 hour.

Peel apples, cut in half, core. Cut the apples into thin semicircles and place on top of the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and leftover grated butter.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. A golden crust should form.

Heat the apricot jam, strain it through a fine sieve.
