A tasty and healthy cabbage dish will decorate every festive table!
It is necessary
- - 1 head of cabbage weighing about 1 kg;
- - 50 g of dill greens;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 1 egg yolk;
- - 1 pinch of granulated sugar;
- - Salt;
- - Ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Disassemble the head of cabbage into leaves and rinse each one with cold water.
Step 2
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, add a little salt, add cabbage leaves and cook for 3 minutes after boiling again. Transfer to a colander.
Step 3
Sort out the dill greens, wash, dry well on a paper towel and chop finely.
Step 4
Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 5
Wipe the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, combine with 20 g of warm butter, a pinch of granulated sugar, garlic, dill and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle of each cabbage leaf. Then fold the sheet into a triangle, folding the edges inward.
Step 7
In a large skillet, dissolve the remaining butter, place the resulting cabbage envelopes and fry on both sides until browned.
