I love to cook snacks for my family. They are made quickly and easily, they take a little time and, most importantly, they are very tasty. Every day a new and original dish is on your table.
It is necessary
- - White wheat bread - 1 loaf,
- - capelin caviar (not smoked) - 1 can,
- - fillet of salmon or salmon of light salt - 1 pack (200 g),
- - canned sweet pepper - 200 g,
- - dill - a bunch,
- - arugula leaves or ordinary green salad - for decoration,
- - butter for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
First, I prepare bread: I cut the bread into slices and lightly fry in butter in a pan until golden brown, but you can just dry it slightly in a toaster; the size of the loaves is to your taste.
Step 2
I chop the dill very finely and mix it with the capelin roe. I spread capelin caviar on each slice, and on top - with a rose - fish.
Step 3
In the center of the dish, on the leaves of greens, I put finely chopped bell pepper (preferably with the addition of olive oil), which will serve as a spicy addition to the appetizer.
Step 4
Another version of this appetizer, which I also often make: instead of capelin caviar, I use a cheese and garlic filling (rub on a fine grater, mix with mayonnaise and chopped herbs), and instead of fish, I use ham. Arugula pepper is invariably in the center. If there are many guests, then two different snacks on the table are very convenient and beautiful.
