- - 2 pcs. a tomato;

- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into portions, like for chops, beat, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour with lemon juice, add olive oil, pour vermouth and leave in a cold place for four hours (preferably overnight) to marinate the meat.
Step 2
Put a layer of meat on a greased baking sheet, grease it with mayonnaise, put onion rings and peppers in layers and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After this time, take out the baking sheet with meat and put the tomatoes, apple and potatoes on top, after cutting everything into slices.
Step 4
Pour the remaining marinade over everything, add prunes for flavor. Bake until golden brown. Decorate with herbs before serving.
