Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the dough without opening the packaging. Rinse apricots and apples, remove seeds and chop. Cut apricots in half, apples into several parts. Separate the yolk from the protein and beat the yolk with a mixer. Put the dough on a cutting board greased with vegetable oil. Brush the knife blade with vegetable oil and cut the puff pastry into six pieces. Place the fruit wedges on the dough squares. Brush the edges of the dough with whipped yolk, sprinkle the puffs with sugar and cinnamon, and bake the puffs in the preheated oven until tender.
Step 2
Defrost the puff pastry. Wash the fruits and berries, remove the seeds from them. Using a rolling pin, oiled with vegetable oil, lightly roll a sheet of dough on a cutting board and cut the dough into nine parts. For each square of dough, pour half a teaspoon of semolina. Top with sliced apples with apricots or cherries. The filling should be diagonally across the puff pastry square. Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit, cut opposite corners of the puff pastry square and gently insert one corner into the slot on the other. Do the same for the remaining two corners and bake in the oven until tender.
Step 3
Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and defrost it in the package. Soak the dried apricots in warm water for half an hour. Wash and chop the apples finely. Rinse dried apricots and cut into cubes. Mash the banana with a fork. Stir all the ingredients and sprinkle with sugar. Roll out a layer of thawed puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it into six pieces. Place the filling in the middle of each square of dough and fold it into an envelope. Bake the puffs in the preheated oven until tender.
