Onion salad can be prepared both at home and outdoors. The hot salad can be served as a complete main course. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - red onions - 4 pcs.;
- - young potatoes - 4-6 pcs.;
- - tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
- - bacon - 2-3 slices;
- - parsley (greens) - 20 g;
- - thyme greens - 3 branches;
- - red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - red ground pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Wrap each tuber in foil, bake in the oven until tender (15-20 minutes) at 220 degrees or cook on a wire rack over coals. After the potatoes are baked, remove the foil and cut each potato in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Combine the onion and bacon and place the mixture on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil mixed with vinegar, salt and pepper. Place thyme sprigs on top. Cover the onion and bacon with another sheet of foil, press the edges. Place the bundle in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes (or put on a wire rack and cook over coals).
Step 3
Cut each tomato into 4 pieces, place in a preheated oven for 5 minutes (or place on a wire rack over the coals), periodically turn the tomatoes over.
Step 4
Arrange hot potatoes and tomatoes on portioned plates, top with baked onions and bacon. Sprinkle with herbs and serve. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
